The Offsite is the secret underground facility that houses the PSU headquarters. It is a fully equipped military base with hangar, armory and medical team. It is located in an old abandoned synthium mine that Syntech has sold to a private investor.
Carter Sanders was often there during his time at the PSU and also got his RPM upgrade there shortly after his admission.
